Technology
The technology behind your operations
Once someone is a customer, the work changes shape. This is the software that handles it, and the AI that takes the repetitive part off your people.
The problem
What this pillar is for
Acquisition gets you the customer. Everything after that — onboarding them, answering them, processing their order, keeping their record straight across two systems that do not talk — is operational load, and it grows with every customer you add.
Two things fix that. Software that fits how you actually work rather than how an off-the-shelf product assumes you do, and AI that absorbs the repetitive share of the work so your people spend their time on what needs judgement.
We build both, and we build them to still be running in five years. That means boring technology choices, written documentation, code your next developer can read, and a maintenance arrangement rather than a handover and a wave.
What you get
What changes once this is running
Scoped before it is priced
Discovery first, a written scope, then a real number. Fixed price where the scope is genuinely fixed, time and materials where it is not.
AI with a defined job
One task with a testable right answer, tested adversarially before launch, with a human escalation path. Not a broad capability nobody can evaluate.
Yours from day one
Code, repositories, hosting, and store accounts in your name. Nothing that makes your next developer dependent on us.
Maintained, not abandoned
Dependency updates, monitoring, and weekly review on anything with an AI agent in it. Launch is the start of the cost curve, not the end.
Services
Everything under technology
AI voice agents
Voice agents for routine inbound calls, with a defined handover to a person and weekly review.
Conversational AI chatbots
A website or support chatbot grounded in your documentation, with a real handoff to a person.
Business process automation
Removing the re-keyed data, the manual report, and the approval that lives in someone’s inbox.
IT staff augmentation
Technical capacity added to your team for a defined period, working under your process.
Web application development
Portals, internal tools, and customer-facing applications built to still be running in five years.
Mobile app development
iOS and Android applications, built cross-platform where that fits and native where it does not.
Custom software development
Discovery, a written scope, and a real number — before anyone commits to building anything.
Approach
What we build
AI voice agents and chatbots that take routine contact and hand the rest to a person. Process automation that removes the re-keyed data and the manual report. Custom web and mobile applications for the process that is genuinely yours. And technical people placed inside your team when what you need is capacity rather than a deliverable.
If a configured off-the-shelf product would do the job, we will say so. If a rule would do what you are asking a model to do, we will use the rule — rules are cheaper, faster, and they do not invent things.
Every engagement is scoped to what you actually need. Book a call and we will walk through it together.
FAQ
Questions people ask
Will an AI agent make things up about my business?
It can, and that is the failure mode we design against hardest. Agents are constrained to your source material, tested against questions with no good answer, and instructed to escalate rather than guess. Confident invention is worse than an unanswered question, and we treat it that way.
Do we own the code?
Yes. Code, repositories, and hosting accounts are in your name from the first commit. Any provider who holds your accounts hostage has told you something important about the relationship.
What is the smallest project you take?
Small enough that the answer is a conversation rather than a threshold. What matters more is whether custom software is the right answer at all — for a lot of what people arrive asking for, a configured product plus an integration does the job for less, and we would rather tell you that in week one.
What happens after launch?
A maintenance arrangement sized to the application: dependency updates, monitoring, and a support path. Anything with an AI agent in it also gets weekly transcript review, because an unmonitored agent degrades quietly and the client blames the product rather than the lack of tuning.
