About

An operations company that happens to use AI well

Dnotch Inc. has operated from Morden, Manitoba since 2021. We run the operational work growing Canadian businesses cannot staff internally.

The through-line

Acquisition and operations are the same problem

Getting a customer and serving one are usually bought from different vendors, which is why the seam between them leaks. A campaign generates calls nobody answers. A support line contradicts what the ad promised. Nobody owns the handoff because nobody was hired to.

We started with technology — software and automation. The contact centre came next, because the software we were building kept needing someone to answer the phone behind it. Door-to-door and digital marketing came last, and they are what turned three services into one chain: bring the customer in, answer them, then build what happens after.

The AI part is how the economics work, not what we sell. Voice agents absorb repetitive call volume, and the margin that frees is what pays for Canadian people on the calls that need one. Customers buy coverage and resolved tickets. AI is how the cost of delivering them stays sane.

How we operate

Four things we hold to

Say the number

Pricing bands, minimum engagements, and the things we will not do are published. If a number is not ready to publish, we say that instead of hiding it behind a form.

Tell you when not to buy

A configured off-the-shelf product often beats custom software. A rule often beats a model. If your offer will not survive a doorstep conversation, we will not run the campaign. We would rather lose the sale than manage the disappointment.

Two options, and a straight answer about which

Contact centre work is a Canadian contract either way, with agents in Manitoba or across Asia-Pacific. We tell you which one your situation actually calls for rather than selling you protection you do not need.

Boring where it counts

Widely used technology, written documentation, accounts in your name. Nothing that makes you dependent on us specifically.

Where we are

Manitoba, with Winnipeg next

Being outside Winnipeg is a deliberate position rather than an accident of geography. The Pembina Valley has a real manufacturing and agri-processing base, very few providers serving it properly, and businesses that would be a rounding error to a large Winnipeg firm.

Winnipeg is where the focus is going, with an office planned. Until it opens we say so plainly rather than listing an address we do not staff — the Winnipeg page explains how that works today and what changes when it does.

Address, phone, and hours are on the contact page and in the footer of every page, identical in both places.

Leadership

The door-to-door side of the business

The field sales operation is run by a director who joined Dnotch with an existing book and a working team — which is why door-to-door launched as a running channel rather than something we were building from zero.

Full bio and photo to come. We would rather leave this short than pad it with claims nobody has confirmed.

The team

Photos are on the way

We would rather show you the actual people than a stock photograph of somebody else pointing at a monitor. Until the real photographs exist, these blocks stay empty and honest.
