Contact centre
Inbound call centre services on a Canadian contract
Your phone rings while you are on a ladder, in surgery, on a job site, or asleep. We pick it up, using your name and your process.
The problem
What this actually fixes
Most businesses do not lose calls because nobody cares. They lose calls because the person who would answer is doing the work the business sells. The call goes to voicemail, the caller phones the next company on the list, and nobody ever finds out it happened.
An inbound call centre is the fix. What usually goes wrong is the choice presented: a cheap service with nobody accountable, or an expensive one priced for a company several times your size.
We sell one Canadian contract with two delivery options. The Canada tier staffs agents in Manitoba with data resident in Canada. The Global tier staffs agents across Asia-Pacific. Identical service — same scripting, same escalation design, same account lead in Manitoba, same reporting — at meaningfully different price points. We will tell you which one your situation calls for rather than defaulting you to the expensive answer.
AI voice agents take the routine volume on either tier: the caller who wants your hours, the caller placing the same order they placed last week, the caller who needs a message taken. That absorbs the repetitive load so the people on the line are working on the calls that actually need a person.
What you get
What changes once this is running
Every call answered
Business hours, after hours, weekends, statutory holidays. Overflow when your own line is busy, full coverage when it is not staffed at all.
Your process, not ours
Scripts, escalation rules, and dispatch criteria are written from how you already work. Emergencies reach you. Everything else waits until morning.
One Canadian contract
Canadian company, Canadian contract, account lead in Manitoba — on either delivery tier. Choose Canadian or Asia-Pacific agents on top of that.
A record of what came in
Transcripts, call reasons, and volume by hour. Most clients learn something in month one about when their phone actually rings.

How the AI and the humans divide the work
An AI voice agent takes the call first. It handles the known questions, captures the details a human would have written down anyway, and books or logs what it can.
It hands over to a person the moment the call stops being routine — an unhappy caller, an unusual request, an emergency, or anything it is not confident about. Handover carries the transcript, so the caller never repeats themselves.
Nothing here is hidden from the caller, and nothing is left running unwatched. Transcripts get reviewed weekly and the agent gets corrected. An AI deployment that nobody reviews degrades quietly, and the client is the one who finds out.
Delivery options
One Canadian contract, two delivery options
Your contract is with a Canadian company and your account lead is in Manitoba either way. What changes is where the agents sit — and we’ll tell you which one your situation actually calls for.

FAQ
Questions people ask
Is this outbound sales or telemarketing?
No. Inbound only. We answer calls that come to you — support, orders, bookings, after-hours, and helpdesk. We do not run outbound campaigns, cold calling, or telemarketing of any kind.
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. The agent identifies itself as an automated assistant at the start of the call, and any caller can ask for a person at any point. Passing off software as a human is a bad idea legally and a worse idea commercially.
Where are your agents and your data located?
DNOTCH is a Canadian company operating from Morden, Manitoba, and your contract and account lead are here whichever tier you buy. On the Canada tier, agents are in Manitoba and call data is resident in Canada. On the Global tier, agents are across Asia-Pacific with regional data handling. Which you need is usually decided by your own client contracts rather than by privacy law.
What does it cost?
A monthly base plus a per-call rate, or a dedicated agent. On the Global tier the base is $89 a month and support calls are $2.50; on Canada it is $199 and $5.75. Order taking is cheaper on both. Setup runs $1,500 to $2,500. Every figure is published on the pricing page rather than held back for a sales call.
How long does it take to go live?
Two to four weeks for a straightforward after-hours line. Longer where we are integrating with a POS, booking system, or CRM, because those integrations get tested against real call scenarios before anything is pointed at your number.
