Pricing

Published bands, in Canadian dollars

Most of this industry hides pricing behind a contact form. Here are the numbers, the minimums, and the contract terms — including both contact centre delivery tiers.

Managed IT starts at 5 users or $695/month. Under 5 users, block hours. Contact centre starts at around 40 calls/month.

Managed IT

Flat rate to start, per user as you grow

Small Business is one flat monthly figure. Above nine users it moves to per user rather than per device, because that is easier to forecast and does not penalise you for giving someone a second laptop. Minimum 5 users, or $695/month.

Hours valid 12 months. Converts to a managed plan any time, with unused hours credited.

Onboarding $150–$250 per user, one time. Co-managed is where most conversations start for a business that already employs someone technical — it covers the nights, weekends, and specialist escalation one internal person cannot, without displacing anyone. Managed IT in detail.

AI & automation

Priced by scope, because “an AI project” is not one thing

A single-intent agent and a multi-step booking-plus-payment agent share a name and nothing else. The tiers below are scoped so you can place yourself roughly before speaking to anyone.

Build fee is one-time. Monthly covers hosting, monitoring, and weekly review of real usage — this is what keeps an AI deployment from quietly degrading, and it is the same discipline our own call-centre agents run on.

AI readiness assessment

$1,500 flat

Software development

A floor, not a rate card

The point of publishing these is qualification. If your budget is well under the minimum, you should find that out here rather than on a call.

  • Hourly

Time and materials for discovery and for work where requirements will move.

    $110–$155 / hour

  • Project minimum

Below this, overhead consumes the budget and you pay for process rather than software.

    $5,000

  • Dedicated developer

Staff augmentation, working in your team and to your priorities. Three-month minimum.

From $9,500 / month per developer

Fixed-price for well-defined scope, time and materials for discovery work. We will tell you which one your project is. Software development in detail.

All figures in CAD. Published as bands. Final pricing depends on environment complexity, call volume, and coverage hours. Every engagement starts with a scoping call.

FAQ

Questions about pricing

Why publish pricing when most competitors do not?

Because hidden pricing wastes everyone’s time and reads as “it depends how much we think you will pay”. Published bands let you decide whether this is affordable before spending an hour on a call, and they let us spend our time on conversations that can actually go somewhere.

What is the difference between the Canada and Global contact centre tiers?

Where the agents sit. The scripting, escalation design, account management, and reporting are identical, and both are sold on a Canadian contract by a Canadian company with the account lead in Manitoba. Canada staffs agents in Manitoba with data resident in Canada; Global staffs agents across Asia-Pacific with regional data handling.

Which contact centre tier do we need?

If you are contractually bound to Canadian data residency, in a regulated sector, or handling information your customers would care about, Canada. For high-volume order taking, appointment booking, and general retail support, Global is frequently the correct answer and we would rather say so than sell you protection you do not need.

Why is there a minimum on managed IT?

Onboarding costs roughly the same whether you have five users or forty — discovery, documentation, monitoring deployment, and tooling are close to fixed. Below $695 a month the account never recovers that, and pretending otherwise ends with a client getting less attention than they were promised. Under five users, block hours are the honest answer and they are priced to work at that size.

Are these final prices?

They are bands. Where you land inside one depends on environment complexity, call volume, and coverage hours. Every engagement starts with a scoping call, and the number you get after it is the number.

What is not included?

Project work — migrations, office moves, new site builds — is quoted separately from managed service fees, as are third-party licences and hardware. We tell you which side of that line something falls on before the work starts.
